We want you to be fully satisfied with VaultLink. We offer a friendly refund policy for our customers while maintaining strict data security standards.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with VaultLink Pro (Lifetime Access), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase. After 7 days, all Lifetime purchases are considered final.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your customer portal.
  • Billing: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current already-billed month.

3. Important Data Disclaimer

Please note that receiving a refund does not affect your responsibility to back up your data. Once a refund is processed, your Pro features (such as multi-vault access) will be deactivated. Ensure you have exported your data to a .vault file before requesting a refund.
